Spaceship:Opening Quotations
From TextAdventure
Interactive fiction titles often start with a quote inside a box, something that fits the mood or genre of the game. For instance, Lovecraftian gothic horror title Anchorhead starts with a quote from H.P.Lovecraft himself.

"The oldest and strongest emotion of mankind is fear, and the oldest and strongest kind of fear is fear of the unknown." -- H.P.Lovecraft
A game's opening needn't be restricted to a single quote though. We can have a whole list of quotes which will be displayed randomly to the player on starting the game. If you have any ideas for interesting quotes that fit with the context of our game and project, then add them below.
For example, here's a quote that stuck in my head that reminds me of the Wikigame philosophy.

"Space may be the final frontier, but it's made in a Hollywood basement." -- Red Hot Chili Peppers
"I do not pretend to understand the universe. It's a great deal bigger than I am." -- Tom Stoppard
